These Terms and Conditions ("Terms ") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jaya9999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at jaya9999 and all associated services, products, and features accessible through it.

In such cases, jaya9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold winnings pending a full investigation.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

• Take full responsibility for all bets and transactions made through your account.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. jaya9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.

7. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their jaya9999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to support@jaya9999. Before closure is finalised, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

jaya9999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to jaya9999 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

8.2 Dispute Resolution
